About me.

I was stuck too! I knew what wasn't working in my vocation  and avocations, but had no idea in which direction to turn. Then I found coaching, which revealed the right path for me (and yes, it was inside me all along). My only regret is that I didn't think to connect with a coach sooner!

I have more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and non-profit environments, currently focused on learning and development. 

I am also active in Seattle theater, improv, and film and know what  it's like to balance your life's passion with your life's work. 

I am enjoying working with a number of clients who have different backgrounds and goals, and all are looking for the next right thing. My coaching training is with inviteCHANGE and I am credentialed as a Certified Professional Coach through the  International Coaching Federation.
